Congratulations on your aniversary. Three years is actually a long time for this kind of project when you think about it, and requires a good deal of dedication and faith in the value of your work. I get the impression, from looking at the lifespans of scanlation groups, that if you can survive to the three-year point, you can probably keep going a good deal longer.
