Alright, Chapter 127 of SZS has been finished, you can find it here:
Although it isn’t mentioned on the translation, I get the feeling that the chapter title, “The Road to Paradise”, comes from a sequel of Max Collin’s graphic novel “The Road To Perdition”, also called “The Road To Paradise”. Aside from that, I don’t think there are any other comments on the chapter that need to be made. (The Road to Perdition was in turn based upon the manga “Lone Wolf and Cub”)
Secondly, we are still looking for staff to work on Katteni Kaizo, especially a translator who is somewhat skilled with Japanese. We also need a person to proofread the translation, as well as someone for QC. If you are interested, please apply through our email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or leave us contact information in a comment, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
If you might be interested in the project, but want to check out what Katteni Kaizo is about before starting, don’t worry! I’ve been running around today collecting the chapters that have already been scanlated by MangaScreeners, who dropped it a long while back. (If memory serves me correctly, they stopped work back in 2006, so its been nearly two and a half years since they quit, so I think we can safely assume that their project is dead.)
So, here’s chapter 1-17 of Katteni Kaizo, collected together and uploaded today (so you don’t have to go to /rs/ and use rapidshare links or anything), with full credit to MangaScreeners: http://www.mediafire.com/?ztogyzxzwke
That’s about it for now, mekishiko completed translating on chapter 128 last night, and the translation is now in the process of being finalized, with GreenTea about to begin typesetting. Again, barring any major difficulties, we’ll have it out within a few days.
