Just A Normal Chapter (SZS 296)

The Heart

The Heart

A subtle opening to the ending, essentially backstory disguised as the usual wacky gag chapter. Note Kafuka Fuura’s absence from the title page, and strange appearance in the final panel…

TL Notes
[Translator: Umin Typesetter: GreenTea Proofreaders: pseu/slyborg]

Kudos to GreenTea for quick work and his usual fine typesetting, and thanks to Umin for shouldering the task of SZS one more time. She has actually provided us with TL for all of the final arc as promised already, and we will hopefully be able to complete this before the year is out.

In the meantime, however, based Umin has also translated the first chapter of Kumeta’s new work in WS, Sekkachi Hakushaku to Jikan Dorobou , or “The Impatient Count & The Time Thief”, and GT may be tackling that next. If Kodansha decides to release it on Crunchyroll, we will not continue it, but for the moment, please look forward to it!

  1. Thanks for the new episode. I think the vitreous humor in the eyeball is one of the few collections of cells that we keep from birth to death. Cells actually do have a form of memory (hysteresis), but without neurons it is not the form of memory we can consciously access.

  2. I wonder what Kodansha is going to license through Crunchyroll. I’m a physical copies kind of guy, but I’m still curious.

I don’t think we’ll see Sekkachi, though. Kodansha said that translating SZS was a chore, so they shelved it.

  3. Thanks for the release!

  4. Looking forward to Sekkachi Hakushaku! Thanks!

  5. Thanks for the release! ( ̄ー ̄)/

Since SZS is almost done… do…does that mean that some staff will be freed up to work on Katte ni Kaizo?! (;´Д`)
